Very impressive shots from the Typhoon HD4 camera. (via engadget) See a picture of the camera after the break.

Amazing footage from the SprintCam V3 HD. Mostly 1000FPS shots, made during a recent rugby competition in the Stade de France, Paris.
Pretty amazing upcoming technology from GE. So how do you feel about this? Too intrusive or totally worth it to stop potential terrorists?
I saw this fascinating story today on one of my favorite blogs and just had to share it with you. Matthew Sheil of Australia built a flight simulator that rivals the $60 million simulators that the airlines use to train their pilots. Pretty amazing what you can do with some time, money and a strong passion for what you love.
Take a long look at the picture above… it’s the culprit of why I haven’t posted in forever. After a crazy busy week at work, I came home on Friday to find our modem had given up the ghost. So needless to say between being exhausted from my week and having no DSL, Project 365 was put on hold for a few days. I’m now back in business after ATT overnighted me a new modem and below is my picture for the day.

Pardon the cheesy pun for my title, but I do love these speakers by designer Ilshat Garipov. The round bottom reminds me of a weeble doll. It’s a genius design that keeps the sound pointed at the user. I also love the fact that will connect via bluetooth. The only problem is I’m not sure when they will be released… Not soon enough if you ask me!

I’m really interested in Jarbyco and their technology. Their technology provides a great way for churches, ministries and businesses to make their gatherings more interactive. Granger Community Church used this technology in a recent series and the response was tremendous. How would you implement this in your church or business?
Aurland Lookout // Aurland, Norway
Saunders Architecture designed this rest-stop 2,000 ft above Aurland Fjord in Norway. The end of the platform is closed off by a sheet of glass, offering an amazing view. I would love visit here with my D80 and my wide angle lens.
Grand Canyon Skywalk // Grand Canyon, Arizona
This horseshoe shaped glass-bottomed walkway stands 4,000 feet above the floor of the Grand Canyon and can withstand winds of 100 mph. It costs $67.20 to take the walk and no cameras are allowed. The no camera rule is definitely a discouragement from going, but given the chance it’s a opportunity I couldn’t pass up.
Top of Tyrol // Tyrol, Austria
Located on the top of the Mount Isidor in Tyrol, Austria this amazing viewing platform was quite the achievement for architects Aste Architecture. I love the way it’s designed to fit right into the landscape and the pristine views it offers.
This is an pretty amazing app for the iPhone and iPod by Brian Eno & Peter Chilvers. My only fear is I would never get any work done if it was on my phone, but then I would have to own an iPhone in the first place. I will gladly accept donations if you are feeling generous! If you are lucky enough to own the aforementioned phone, you can download the app here for only $4.
