From Sea To Shining Sea

I have had a fascination with watches ever since I can remember, I believe it’s something I inherited from my grandfather Kenny. Along with sharing his name (my middle name is Kenneth) I also share his love for clocks, watches, gadgets, junk food and pretty much anything mechanical. So when I saw the watch above, I immediately knew I had to do this post. I love the simplicity and cleanness of this concept from Robert Dabi and I hope it makes into production. I’m very impressed with Microsoft’s design for a tablet. I can see this Courier concept being a huge boon for anyone in the art/design fields. Looking forward to finding out a release date and cost for this promising piece of technology.

Toilets are not a topic I would usually cover, but I was very impressed by the ingenious idea of Swedish architect Anders Wilhelmson. I recently discovered Tyler Eide’s design work. I was mucho impressed with all his work, but was particularly loved his proposed face lift for Google Earth. I love GE, but  I would be a lot more inclined to use it more often if it looked this good. Great work Tyler!
