Photo of The Week

I love this shot from Matt Brandon. He’s a very talented photographer who specializes in the unknown, forgotten and homeless. You can check out more of his work on his blog.

I stumbled across this site last week and so far I’m impressed. They offer 8 new music downloads per weekday. It’s not bad music either… most of it is actually enjoyable to listen to. You can also follow them on Twitter.

Each week I’ll be featuring a photo that inspired, motivated, moved me or just caught my attention. In my weekly surfing of photo blogs and the internet I stumble across a lot of great pictures and I wanted to share my favorites with you. This shot is from (Lucas Jackson | Reuters) and is of the volcano in Eyjafjallajokul, Iceland.
This is a fascinating video on how the BBC shot a segment for the television series called Life. It’s amazing the amount of work and attention to detail that went it to making this shot possible. I’m inspired!

I’m loving the art from self-taught designer Paul Tebbott. You can see more of his art on his blog.

[Day 365 - Copy Cat]
Well it’s over… I’m finally done with Project 365. I feel like I learned a lot, was stretched as a photographer and hopefully provided you with some good visuals and inspiration. I plan on still posting pictures but it will be more of a weekly thing, than a daily thing. If you have followed the project all the way through thanks for being a part of my little experiment.
